💷 Pay Rate: £35 per hour

Are you a skilled Occupational Therapist ready to make a real impact in your community? We're seeking a passionate and experienced OT to join a high-performing team in Greater Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a progressive, quality-focused service that values innovation, independence, and inclusion. You’ll assess the needs of individuals with disabilities or long-term health conditions, helping them remain safe, independent, and empowered in their own homes through the provision of specialist equipment, moving & handling support, and adaptations.

🌟 What You'll Do:

• Complete in-depth assessments for adults, children, and those with complex needs.
• Prescribe appropriate equipment and recommend home adaptations.
• Support safe hospital discharges through timely intervention and equipment provision.
• Collaborate with housing, healthcare, and third-sector partners.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to service users, families, and care teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, clinical guidelines, and best practices.
• Keep up to date with developments in OT practice, including manual handling and rehab support.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

 
✅ What We're Looking For:

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist
• Minimum 2 years’ post-qualifying experience in community settings
• Strong understanding of moving & handling, adaptations, and disability legislation
• Excellent report writing, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car (Essential Car User allowance applies)
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
