Location: Derby City
Hours: 37 hours per week
Pay Rate: £25 per hour

Role Overview Pertemps are recruiting an experienced Social Care Occupational Therapist for a frontline, community-based role in Derby City. The successful candidate will complete assessments and support planning to promote independence and safe outcomes for adults within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake frontline Occupational Therapy assessments
• Complete assessment and support planning within Adult Social Care
• Work with individuals in the community to promote independence
• Apply professional judgement in line with relevant legislation and best practice
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and partner agencies

Essential Requirements

• HCPC registration
• Experience working as a Social Care Occupational Therapist
• Strong assessment and support planning skills
• Community-based Adult Social Care experience
• Full UK driving licence and business insurance
