📍 Glasgow - Agile home worker - with regular travel to Sites/offices when required
💰 £25.29 per hour
⏳ 3 Months (ASAP Start) - Possible extension

We are recruiting on behalf of a third-party client for an experienced Asset & Compliance Project Officer to support key investment, repairs, and compliance functions within a busy housing and property services environment. This role offers an excellent hourly rate and the opportunity to play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality housing asset management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional and technical landlord assurance across day-to-day functions, liaising with various teams to ensure effective asset management and a customer-first approach.
  • Plan, manage, and monitor capital and cyclical maintenance programmes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Assist in the development of 5-year investment strategies aligned with business priorities and community needs.
  • Ensure use of correct materials and specifications in all projects.
  • Maintain compliance across property assets, ensuring minimal risk of non-compliance.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record in delivering outcomes in project and service delivery environments.
  • Extensive experience in project management, including both large-scale investment and smaller local programmes.
  • Strong background in contract/project management to ensure compliance and assurance, from both group and customer perspectives.
  • Excellent understanding of construction, repair works, and asset maintenance.
  • Experience in budget setting and financial project management.
  • Ability to manage consultant teams and contractors, ensuring continuous improvement and quality.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise, organise workloads, and contribute to successful change initiatives.
