About the Role As Building Safety Manager, you will work closely with internal enforcement officers and external stakeholders—including building proprietors and the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG)—to ensure risks posed by unsafe cladding and other fire safety issues are identified and addressed appropriately.

- Provide timely responses to enquiries from stakeholders including councillors and property owners.
- Support enforcement activity and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- 3 days on-site conducting building inspections
