Salary Range: $35,000 USD annually + up to 1-month bonus + full benefits

Position Summary: Liugong, a globally recognized leader in construction equipment, is expanding its presence in Turkey. This position plays a dual role — acting as a technical ambassador for Liugong machinery and providing real-time product support and market feedback. The ideal candidate will combine strong machine operation skills with product engineering knowledge and a deep understanding of customer needs in the local market.

Education & Qualifications:
  • Preferred Education:
    • Degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Mechatronics, or related field is advantageous.
    • Relevant certifications in equipment operation, hydraulics, or diesel systems are a plus.
Required Experience:
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Construction machinery operation (excavators, loaders, graders, etc.)
    • Field service or maintenance of heavy equipment
    • Technical product support or product engineering for CE (construction equipment)
  • Experience working with OEMs or heavy equipment dealers is a strong asset.
Technical Skills & Expertise:
  • Machine Operation:
    • Able to proficiently operate various construction machines (e.g., hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders, dump trucks) to demonstrate capabilities and match application conditions.
    • Ability to simulate real-world job site tasks during demonstrations for customers and dealers.
  • Mechanical & Electrical Systems:
    • Solid understanding of diesel engine systems, hydraulic circuits, and machine control electronics.
    • Able to perform basic diagnostics and evaluate machine performance under different conditions.
  • Field Testing & Validation:
    • Experience participating in product testing, machine adaptation projects, and gathering operational data for localized performance optimization.
Language & Communication:
  • Turkish: Native or fluent (written and verbal)
  • English: Intermediate to advanced working knowledge — able to communicate technical issues and feedback with international product teams.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills for:
    • Conducting live demonstrations
    • Leading training sessions
    • Explaining machine advantages and operational tips to non-technical audiences

Key Responsibilities & Outputs: 1. Machine Demonstration & Customer Support
  • Plan and execute machine demonstrations that showcase performance and usability.
  • Adapt demo activities to match local applications (construction, mining, earthmoving).
  • Support sales engineers during customer visits and tender evaluations.
  • Offer on-site training to customers and dealers post-sale to increase satisfaction and reduce misuse.
2. Product Feedback & Localization
  • Monitor and document machine performance in field trials.
  • Analyze operational feedback to identify potential improvements or local adaptations.
  • Coordinate with HQ on configuration changes and validate localized features or components.
  • Help troubleshoot recurring technical issues that may be region-specific.
3. Technical Training & Documentation
  • Deliver operator training and technical familiarization courses to dealers and end users.
  • Assist with creating and translating technical documents, such as user manuals, service bulletins, and training materials.
  • Maintain demonstration fleet — including scheduling routine maintenance, repairs, and preparation for events.
Work Conditions & Travel:
  • Travel Requirement:
    • Up to 70% travel within Turkey to job sites, customer locations, and demo events.
    • Occasional international travel to support regional events, attend training, or visit headquarters (China or elsewhere).
  • Work Environment:
    • Mix of field-based (job sites, outdoor demos) and office-based activities.
    • Requires ability to work in variable environmental conditions and interact with operators, site managers, and engineers.
