Quality Assurance Policy And Procedures Officer

About the role:

The worker will lead on multi-Agency reviews ensuring that safeguarding is delivered within Stoke-on-Trent in a collaborative way. There is a commitment to deliver 8 multi-agency audits per annum each taking 6 weeks to organise and deliver. There is also a need to manage the strategic and operational action plans that have identified from the two Local Child safeguarding Reviews and monitor the improvements needed from the Multi-Agency Monitoring and Oversight reports. These tasks are crucial to the effectiveness of the Stoke-on-Trent Safeguarding Children’s Partnership

What you need:
  • A degree in Social Work or equivalent
  • Registered with Social Work England
  • At least 3 years PQE direct employment within English Local Authorities
  • Completed relevant post-qualifying training
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Excellent communication and written skills
