🧩 About the Role As a Family Coordinator, you'll work closely with approved foster carers, delivering high-quality supervision and support. You'll be responsible for:

• Supervising family time between looked-after children and significant people in their lives
• Transporting children to and from family time (using your own vehicle with business insurance)
• Accurately recording observations and interactions from each family time session
• Working collaboratively with colleagues in the fostering team to ensure consistent, child-focused care

🌟 Who We’re Looking For You’ll bring:

• A relevant Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in early years, education, health, or social care
• Proven experience supervising family time and supporting children in care
• Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
• The ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use
