Job Description

Are you a warm, conscientious, and dedicated Assistant who enjoys creating structure and calm in a fast-paced environment? This could be your ideal next move.

We’re working with a globally recognised investment firm that is seeking a Team Assistant to join a collaborative and quietly high-performing team. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is naturally focused, professional, and steady—someone who takes pride in being the behind-the-scenes support that allows senior executives and MDs to thrive.

You'll join a close-knit team of four assistants, where mutual support, and a calm working rhythm are part of the culture. You’ll primarily support Managing Directors and senior stakeholders, managing busy diaries, coordinating international travel, and helping with daily operations in a way that is seamless and reliable.

This is a role for someone who prefers to get their head down, deliver consistently, and build long-term trust with the people they support. You’ll be valued not just for what you do—but for how you do it.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited too:
  • Complex diary management across UK and U.S. time zones
  • Scheduling meetings and calls with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Organising international travel, accommodation, and detailed itineraries
  • Preparing briefing documents, meeting materials, and agendas
  • Processing expenses
Requirements:
  • At least 4–6 years as a Team Assistant, with a minimum of 3 years in financial services—ideally in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Asset Management
  • A naturally organised, detail-oriented approach
  • A calm, people-focused demeanour—confident when needed, but always grounded and professional
  • A collaborative mindset and quiet confidence to support the team behind the scenes

This is a 12-month assignment, with a strong likelihood of staying long-term.

Hours: 8:30am–5:30pm, 5 days in the office, Monday to Friday, with minimal overtime

£26 inclusive of holiday

If you are keen to hone your skills further and be part of a supportive team with long-term goals and stability, then this is the role for you!
