Resident Advisor

Location: Belfast
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: £12.22 per hour
We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive individual to join our team as a Resident Advisor Support. This is a great role for someone who enjoys helping others, working in a vibrant student environment, and providing excellent customer service.

The job involves of (but not limited to):

• Welcoming students and visitors at the reception desk
• Handling basic administrative tasks
• Responding to student enquiries in person, by email, or over the phone
• Supporting the wider team to ensure a smooth-running, supportive environment
• Assisting with day-to-day operations within the residence

What We’re Looking For

• A positive and approachable attitude
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable using email and basic computer systems
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as within a team
• Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but not essential
