Job Description
Location: London – Saffron Hill
Are you a proactive, detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment? I am seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Board of Directors. This is more than just a support role - it’s a strategic partnership that helps drive the business forward.
About the Role
As Executive Assistant, you’ll be the trusted right hand to our leadership team, ensuring their time is optimised, their communications are seamless, and their strategic goals are supported. You’ll manage complex schedules, coordinate high-level meetings, and handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
This is a role for someone who anticipates needs before they arise, thrives on organisation, and enjoys being at the heart of a dynamic business.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for the Board Directors, managing correspondence and documentation flow.
- Coordinate legal and executive documentation, including DocuSign and wet signatures.
- Own the production of Board reports and strategic documents, chasing input and ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage diaries, meetings, and hospitality — including company Clear Catch Ups and strategic away days.
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies for senior appointments.
- Support special projects, research, and presentation prep.
- Minute meetings and track action points.
- Arrange travel, process expenses, and maintain contact lists.
- Ensure the day runs smoothly — no overlaps, no delays, just precision.
- Build strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders.
- Proven EA experience, ideally within construction or a related industry.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Impeccable communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational instincts and time management.
- Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Polished presentation and client-facing confidence.
You’ll enable the executives to focus on what matters most - leading the company to success. Your support will be instrumental in helping the Board deliver on strategic objectives and maintain operational excellence.
