Location: Redditch
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Shift: 06:00 – 16:00, Monday to Thursday (4-day week!)


We have a fantastic opportunity for a Metal Polisher to join a well established manufacturer in Redditch, working in a modern state of the art facility.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and polishing metal components to a high quality finish.
• Using pedestal grinders, polishers, and other finishing equipment.
• Removing surface defects on machined products.
• Ensuring safe handling of materials and following health & safety standards.

 
What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Metal polishing or finishing experience is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Good manual handling skills and ability to work independently.

 
What’s on Offer

• Permanent day shifts (Monday – Thursday, 06:00–16:00).
