Contract role
We are recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to work in an Adult Safeguarding Team in Manchester City Council.
Experienced social worker required to work in fast paced MDT team. Social Worker requires to commission short term care, Complete Care Act Assessments, consider commission of long-term care and complete referrals such as community alarm and investigate any safeguarding concerns related to people under the North H@H MDT Service.
