Pay rate, £35 per hour
Vitalis are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to work in an Integrated Hospital team in Wakefield.
The role is based within Children in Care; the team have responsibility for children subject to care proceedings. Elements of the role include:
- Undertaking a variety of assessments to inform permanence such as parenting assessments, sibling assessments, viability assessments, SGO's 
- Writing care plans and final evidence for the purpose of Court
- Working cases whereby children have a plan of Adoption and attending panel's/preparing matching reports
Experience in Court work and Adoption is essential
