The Role
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a Good-rated secondary school in Telford from January 2026. This long-term supply position involves teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4, supporting students to build confidence, fluency, and strong exam technique.
You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing progress, and contributing to a collaborative Maths department focused on raising attainment and student engagement.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be a motivated Maths specialist who can inspire learners of all abilities. You should be:
- A qualified teacher with QTS (applications from ECTs are welcome)
- Confident teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4
- Skilled in delivering structured, differentiated lessons
- Committed to high standards of behaviour and achievement
- A positive team player with strong classroom management skills
