Job Description
Inspire the next generation of scientists at a welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Science Teacher (QTS or ECT) to take on a long-term supply role from September 2025, delivering engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.

The Role
You’ll be joining a supportive Science department where collaboration and curiosity are encouraged. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum, ensuring that all students are supported and challenged appropriately. Behaviour in the school is well managed, and the leadership team values and invests in its staff.
The Candidate
This role is ideal for a passionate and proactive Science Teacher, whether you’re an experienced practitioner or an ECT looking to gain valuable classroom experience. You should be confident in delivering lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at KS3 and have a solid grasp of at least one specialism at KS4. Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to student progress are essential.
