The Role:
As English Teacher, you will deliver engaging and creative lessons to students across a range of abilities, inspiring them to excel in both literature and language. You’ll plan and deliver high-quality lessons, track progress, and contribute to a collaborative department focused on raising achievement. Strong classroom presence and a passion for English are essential, as is the ability to adapt teaching approaches to suit individual student needs.
The Candidate:
We are looking for a talented, driven English Teacher who:
- Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications
- Has strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4 English
- Demonstrates excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Is committed to promoting high standards and a love of learning
- Brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a positive approach to teaching
