What you’ll do:
Work with Years 3–6 to deliver short, targeted boosters in reading, writing and maths. Set up resources, keep sharp notes on progress, and agree next steps with class teachers after each cycle.

Who you are:

Requirements
• Degree – 2:2 or above in any subject.
• Communication – Clear, confident written and verbal skills.
• Enhanced DBS – Held already or willingness to obtain.
• Desire to work in education/with children – Strong commitment to inclusion and pupil progress.
• Experience working with children – Any relevant experience (tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is desirable but not essential.

The School:
A ‘Good’ Erdington primary with well-sequenced curricula, supportive leadership and established KS2 routines. Expect shared planning, practical coaching and regular feedback so you can make impact quickly.

How to Apply
Send your CV and include your availability, DBS status and two referees if possible. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a brief call and an in-school interview/observation. Apply early—the school may appoint before the closing date.
