Are you a graduate eager to support students with Autism and develop your skills in a school setting? This ‘Good’ secondary school in Wednesbury offers an immediate start for a full-time SEN Academic Coach role.

*** Provide curriculum support on a 1:1 basis with a student with Autism
 
The Role
You will deliver targeted 1:1 curriculum support to a student with Autism, helping them access lessons and build confidence across key subjects. Working closely with teachers and the SENCO, you’ll adapt resources and strategies to meet the individual’s learning needs, promoting progress and engagement.
 
The Candidate
This role suits a graduate with a genuine interest in SEN, education or psychology. You’ll need patience, strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport. Experience with children or young people, particularly those with Autism, is advantageous but not essential. Training and ongoing support will be provided.
