This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and engage students across the sciences, teaching predominantly at GCSE level. The school has a supportive leadership team, excellent facilities, and a strong reputation for fostering both academic achievement and personal growth.
The Role

• Teaching Science (Biology, Chemistry and Physics) to students aged 11–16, with a focus on GCSE classes
• Delivering creative, well-structured lessons that motivate and challenge students
• Assessing progress, providing feedback, and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential
• Working collaboratively with the Science Department and wider school community

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching Science at Key Stages 3 and 4
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire a love of science in young people
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A proactive and professional approach, with a genuine passion for education
