🔑 What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, placement.
- Place healthcare professionals into roles where demand consistently outstrips supply.
- Build and expand client relationships across the healthcare sector.
- Drive new business opportunities while leveraging our ready-to-go candidate pool.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine processes and strategy.
- As the business grows, mentor and support junior recruiters.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of agency recruitment experience with a proven billing record.
- Knowledge of healthcare / care staffing recruitment preferred (or ability to transfer expertise quickly).
- Strong commercial acumen and a hunger to exceed targets.
- Confident relationship-builder with care homes and private providers.
- A motivated self-starter who thrives in a remote, high-performance environment.
