 Locum Social Worker required within our Learning Disability and Autism Service. This will be completing Care Act Assessments and Reviews, carrying out Mental Capacity assessments and proceed with support planning through our Brokerage service. This is targeted work on our 'longest waits' from our waiting list whether that be for an annual review, unscheduled review or first Care Act Assessment.
