Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Primary – Birmingham
Are you a passionate Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to join a welcoming and well-led primary school? This Ofsted 'Good' school in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide classroom support in Key Stage 1 or 2. With excellent pupil behaviour and a strong leadership team in place, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a supportive school environment. You will also be required to provide 1-2-1 support as part of this role.

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with the class teacher to support learning, lead small group interventions, and help pupils reach their full potential. You will be part of a collaborative and friendly staff team that works hard to ensure every child feels valued and supported in their learning journey.

Job Role:
  • Supporting teaching and learning as a Teaching Assistant in a Key Stage 1 or 2 classroom
  • Delivering targeted interventions and supporting individual pupil progress
  • Assisting the class teacher with planning and classroom management
  • Creating a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting pupils with varying needs to help them succeed
