Special Needs Teacher – Primary – Birmingham
Are you a compassionate and dedicated Special Needs Teacher looking to make a real difference? A fantastic primary special school in Birmingham is looking for a skilled Special Needs Teacher to join their team, supporting children with a range of complex needs including Autism, PMLD, and MLD.

This role is ideal for a Special Needs Teacher with experience in a specialist setting, or a mainstream primary teacher with a passion for inclusive education and a desire to work in a nurturing, supportive environment. You will be responsible for planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons that support pupils’ academic, emotional, and personal development. A calm and flexible approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to pupil well-being are essential.

Job Role:

• Teaching a class of primary-aged pupils with special educational needs
• Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
• Planning and delivering lessons based on EHCP targets and individual needs
• Working collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and families
• Monitoring progress and maintaining accurate records
