The Role
They are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Graduate Structural Engineer to join their growing Leeds office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and architects on a diverse range of projects from concept to completion.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop creative, practical, and sustainable structural solutions
  • Support the production of detailed design calculations, drawings, and specifications
  • Contribute to technical reports and digital modelling
  • Learn and grow under the mentorship of experienced chartered engineers
  • Get involved in site visits and inspections as projects progress
What We’re Looking For
  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (2.1 or above)
  • A genuine interest in design and architecture
  • A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • An interest in sustainable construction and low-carbon design principles
  • Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, or similar is a bonus
