Local Authority Housing, Senior Manager New Build Housing, East London 
Pay rate to £546.20 per day 
Contract role, Local Authority Housing, Capital Delivery Team 
 
Pertemps are recruiting for an experienced Senior Manager for the Capital Delivery Team of a Local Authority in East London. 
This is to coordinate new build housing projects. 
You will need to  

• have the required skill to manage a multi disciplinary team of quantity surveyors, surveyors, Clerks of Work and act as contract administrators 

• hold a relevant professional qualification or degree 

• have  experience of managing multi million pound contracts, managing multiple contracts over a number of different locations at the same time.   
   

You will need to have experience in a similar role in a Local Authority Housing setting.
