Location: North London
Pay Rate: £38–£40 per hour
Hours: Full-time
Contract: 3-month rolling contract
Pertemps are recruiting an experienced Adult Social Worker to support a Supported Living Review project based in North London.

This contract role is focused on Supported Living and Learning Disabilities, supporting service users through regular reviews and working closely with partner agencies to drive quality and best practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completing weekly supported living reviews
• Working with adults with Learning Disabilities
• Liaising closely with health professionals and partner agencies
• Identifying and contributing to service and quality improvements
• Producing clear, timely assessments and review documentation

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Adult Social Worker
• Social Work England registration
• Proven experience within Supported Living and Learning Disabilities
• Ability to manage reviews independently and meet project deadlines
• Strong communication and multi-agency working skills
