Occupational Therapist – Adults' Services | Hampshire | £38/hour | Hybrid
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Rate: £38 per hour (Umbrella)
Travel: Business mileage reimbursed from base office

Pertemps seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join the Adults’ Health & Care Team within Hampshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to support individuals in regaining independence through personalised, person-centred interventions.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out functional assessments and deliver occupational therapy interventions
• Support Hampshire residents to access and navigate their home environments safely and independently
• Manage expectations of individuals who may have experienced extended wait times (18 months+) for assessment
• Implement therapeutic plans focused on physical, emotional, and functional recovery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including case managers, physios, and speech therapists
• Maintain clear and accurate clinical records

✅ Requirements:

• HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with minimum 2 years’ post-qualified experience
• Experience with Adult Social Care, Physical Disabilities, and Moving & Handling
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use (essential)
• Confident in lone working and managing your own caseload
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
