A forward-thinking North London Local Authority is seeking committed and skilled Adult Social Workers to join their Neighbourhood Teams on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive, multi-disciplinary service delivering person-centred, strengths-based care to adults in the local community.

🧭 About the Role: As a Social Worker within the Neighbourhood Team, you will:

• Work collaboratively to promote independence and wellbeing
• Complete strengths-based assessments, safeguarding enquiries, and care planning
• Support adults with complex needs, including physical disabilities, mental health issues, and learning disabilities
• Build relationships with health, housing, and voluntary sector partners
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of local services

✅ Requirements:

• Social Work England registration
• Must hold qualification in Social Work 
• Enhanced DBS
• Experience working with adults in statutory settings
• A passion for person-centred, strengths-based practice
• Strong assessment, communication, and risk management skills
