💷 £12.25 per hour | Monday to Friday | Overtime & Weekends Available | 07:00–15:30 (30-minute break)

We’re recruiting for a Factory Operative to join a growing manufacturing team in Worcester, working for a leading producer of high-end stone worktops supplied to major UK developers and housebuilders. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, great benefits, and progression potential for the right candidate.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating machinery as part of a busy production line
• Monitoring product quality and supporting machine operators
• Performing basic quality control checks and measurements
• Keeping your workspace clean and organised
• Assisting with various factory duties as part of a small, close-knit team

✅ About You:

• Experience working in a factory or manufacturing setting (preferred)
• Mechanically minded and comfortable with hands-on tasks
• Basic numeracy for measurements and calculations
• Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player
• Willingness to learn and take initiative

• Hours: Monday to Friday (full-time)
• Pay: From £12.25 per hour
• Contract: Temporary to Permanent
• Location: Worcester
• Overtime & Weekend Work: Available
