The Education Network is currently recruiting a committed and enthusiastic BTEC Health and Social Care Teacher to work in a secondary school or college setting in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated teacher to support learners preparing for careers within the health and social care sector.
The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Delivering high-quality teaching across BTEC Health and Social Care programmes
• Planning lessons and assessments in line with awarding body requirements
• Marking, tracking progress, and providing constructive feedback
• Supporting students’ academic progress and personal development
• Maintaining a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment
• Working collaboratively with teaching and support staff

The Ideal Candidate Applicants should:

• Hold QTS, QTLS, or a relevant teaching qualification (or be working towards one)
• Have experience teaching BTEC Health and Social Care, or possess strong subject knowledge
• Demonstrate effective classroom management skills
• Be committed to raising student achievement
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service, or be willing to apply for one
