Senior Invigilator

Senior Invigilator – Paisley Campus
We are looking for an experienced and confident Senior Invigilator to support smooth and professional exam delivery at our Paisley Campus.
Shifts available:

• Tuesday 9 December – 09:15 to 13:15
• Tuesday 16 December – 09:15 to 13:15

Pay: £13.30 per hour
Contract: Ad-hoc shifts
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the exam room to ensure all procedures are followed.
• Supervise candidates and provide clear instructions before, during and after the exam.
• Ensure a calm, fair and supportive environment for all candidates.
• Manage attendance registers, exam materials and incident reporting.
• Support students with additional needs in line with exam protocols.
• Liaise with fellow invigilators and staff to maintain exam integrity.

Requirements:

• Previous invigilating experience is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Professional, reliable and able to follow strict exam procedures.
