Cleaner

Location: Stourport-on-Severn
Hours: Monday – Friday 3:30pm – 6pm
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Temporary

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Cleaner to join one of our valued clients, a well-respected local school with a welcoming and supportive environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys contributing to a clean and safe space for students and staff.

The duties of a Cleaner:

• Carry out daily cleaning of classrooms, corridors, offices, and communal areas
• Empty bins, mop floors, and wipe down surfaces to maintain hygiene standards
• Clean and sanitise washrooms and restock supplies
• Ensure cleaning equipment is used safely and stored correctly
• Work effectively as part of a team and take direction from site supervisors

The requirements of a Cleaner:

• Enhanced DBS certificate – essential (must be in date)
• Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a school or similar environment
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Punctual and able to work independently
• Availability to start immediately

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across multiple sites should they like additional work.
