  • Defining performance measurements and targets to drive efficiency and support the development of future projects.
  • Set up a programme of performance meetings to include meeting agendas, collation of reporting data, actions and key point recording to be presented in a clear and concise format.

  • Due to the nature of the role, a full UK Driving licence & own car is essential.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
What’s in it for you?
  • Offering a salary up to £48,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
  • Annual Leave: 26 days holiday per year, increasing to 30 with the length of service (plus bank holidays)
  • Performance-related pay plan directly linked to company performance measures and targets
  • Generous Pension Scheme through AON
