Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:45–17:30

We’re looking for a driven, curious and commercially minded Buying Assistant to support a high-performing Senior Buying team. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting Senior Buyers to drive sales, boost profits, and help deliver exciting product ranges.
  • Assisting with sourcing, listing, managing and developing products and offers.
  • Working directly with suppliers to keep product information up-to-date and accurate.
  • Keeping a close eye on competitor activity and emerging trends.
  • Gathering and analysing data to help shape category strategy and future opportunities.
  • Completing key administrative and system tasks with accuracy and pace.
  • Producing reports, sharing information, and supporting stores across the UK.
  • Helping retail teams roll out new ranges seamlessly and on time.

What You’ll Bring
  • A genuine passion for retail, trends, and products.
  • Strong commercial awareness and great communication skills.
  • Fantastic organisation skills, you enjoy keeping things running smoothly.
  • Confident working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Good numerical skills and a comfort with data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, graphs, spreadsheets, no fear!).
