Counterbalance Fortklift Driver required in Whitminster, Gloucestershire to work as a warehouse and production operative Pay: £12.21 - £13.00 per hour, Shifts: Monday to Friday 07:00 - 17:00 with possible shifts moving to mornings, evenings and nights Contract: Temporary ongoing, with temp-to-perm opportunities

Pertemps are recruiting for Counterbalance Truck Drivers to join a leading food distribution company based in Stonehouse (GL10). This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with a reputable and expanding business.

Key Duties

• Operating a Counterbalance Truck safely and efficiently
• High-level picking and stock replenishment
• Goods In: unloading deliveries, stock put-away, rework as required
• Goods Out: scanning/voice picking, packing, dispatch, quality checks
• Lifting, loading, stacking and wrapping pallets of stock
• Manual handling and heavy lifting required
• Support production and manufacturing process

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck certificate
• Proven Forklift Truck driving experience
• Previous warehouse and production experience
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Good attention to detail and communication skills
• Physically fit and able to follow detailed instructions
• Flexibility to support the team when needed

Pay & Benefits

• £12.21 - £13.00 per hour
• Overtime after 40 hours
