We are expanding our Maidstone team and seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Resourcer to support the hiring of Industrial, Driving, and Office staff across Kent.

Your Role Includes:

• Sourcing temporary workers via job adverts, CV searches, and referrals.
  
  
• Managing the full registration process, including compliance checks (right to work, referencing, etc.).
  
  
• Coordinating candidate placements, ensuring workers are successfully matched with roles.
  
  
• Handling administrative tasks related to recruitment.

What We Offer:

Location & Hours:

This is an office-based role in Maidstone town centre, with working hours Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30.
