Job Description

You’re presenting a growth strategy to the senior leadership team, showing how targeted sales activity and market insights will drive new revenue. Later that week, you’re leading your team to engage employers across the trades and renewables sector, whether on a call, through industry events, or at one of the training centres, shaping solutions that fuel workforce growth and strengthen market presence.

This is a senior leadership role where you’ll take ownership of sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and lead your high-performing team from day one. You’ll be trusted to deliver results, influence at board level, and expand a sales function that makes a real difference to employers and learners.

What’s on offer:
  • £45,000–£55,000 base salary
  • Remote role with regular attendance at training centres (centres in Greater Manchester and Cambridgeshire)

In this role, you will be:
  • Leading and managing the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets
  • Designing and executing strategies across apprenticeships and commercial training
  • Driving revenue growth in plumbing, gas, electrical, heating, and renewables sectors
  • Owning the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing and onboarding
  • Representing the organisation at trade events and industry forums
