Are you a tenacious communicator with a knack for building relationships and driving engagement? We’re looking for a proactive Service Administrator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our service delivery by engaging landlords and securing their cooperation in offering services that benefit tenants and occupants.

This is a dynamic role where your ability to connect, persuade, and persist will make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
Research and identify landlord contacts using internal tools and external sources.
Initiate and maintain professional communication via email and phone.
Clearly articulate the value of services—even when there’s no direct benefit to the landlord.
Build trust and rapport to gain stakeholder buy-in.
Maintain accurate records of communications and outcomes in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and feedback loops.
Handle objections with professionalism and persistence.
Continuously improve outreach strategies and engagement rates.
