Job Description
Role: Senior Administrator
Location: Edinburgh city centre
Duration: Temporary role, on an ongoing basis
Pay: £14.93 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week
Start Date: Mid August
The role will involve, but not be limited to:
- Managing a mailbox
- Responding to enquiries by phone, email and through online portals
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to provide an excellent service
- Sourcing and identifying additional information and details
- Handling sensitive and personal information in accordance with the appropriate policies
- Updating systems and spreadsheets
- Feeding back information to wider members of the team
- Chairing and presenting information in team meetings
- Any other tasks as required
You should have excellent MS Office skills, have strong organisational skills and be a strong team player. You must have strong attention to detail and be able to work flexibly.
