Location - Edinburgh City Centre
Rate of pay - £13.26 per hour
Shift pattern - 4 days on 4 days off
Hours of work - 06.00-17.02 with 45min breaks
Duration - Temporary Ongoing
Start date - 18th / 22nd July 2025


As a street cleaner, you'll play a crucial role in preserving the city's streets and picturesque landscapes. You will become a part of a close-knit group of dedicated individuals who share your passion for creating a clean and inviting environment for residents and visitors alike.

Your hard work will be seen and appreciated by thousands as you help maintain the cleanliness and appeal of some of Edinburgh's most iconic landmarks.

Full induction and training will be provided along with PPE.


Responsibilities:

• Sweep and clean streets and public areas using the necessary equipment and tools provided.
• Collect and dispose of litter to ensure a pristine appearance.
• Collaborate with team members to tackle special projects and maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of Edinburgh.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting members of the public and answering their questions when needed.

• You will be working in the public eye around areas with high profile clients such as councillors, MPs etc therefore you must be well presented and carrying out duties professionally at all times.
