JOB TITLE: Clinical Negligence Solicitor                  
PQE REQUIRED: NQ+        
LOCATION: Greater Manchester                
SALARY: £40,000 DOE                     

THE ROLE:
You will manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters including medical, dental and other clinical injury claims. The role requires a strong understanding of medical negligence law, with the confidence and expertise to handle cases effectively from inception through to resolution.
The successful Solicitor will provide high quality legal services with a genuine personal touch, consistently demonstrating care, empathy and understanding when supporting clients through often sensitive and challenging circumstances.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from newly qualified Solicitors who can demonstrate relevant clinical negligence experience, as well as those with experience handling complex and high value matters including industrial disease claims and fast track or multi-track litigated cases.
