Job Description

Regulatory Healthcare Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £65,000+ (DOE) - This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with a genuine interest in healthcare regulation and inquest advocacy to work on high-profile, meaningful cases for a broad range of healthcare providers. JOB REF:2377.

THE ROLE:
• The role will primarily focus on managing a varied caseload of inquest matters for NHS clients, care homes and other healthcare organisations.
• You will also have the opportunity to contribute to wider healthcare regulatory and advisory work across the team.
• You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of inquest and regulatory files, attending inquest hearings nationwide, providing advocacy at pre-inquest review hearings and inquests and preparing witnesses and attending meetings with clients in advance of hearings

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Regulatory Healthcare Solicitors with a minimum of 4 Years PQE
• You will have a real interest in healthcare regulation and inquest work.
• Advocacy experience is essential
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work well within a team environment.
