JOB TITLE: Personal Injury Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5+       
LOCATION: West Yorkshire                 
SALARY: Up to £45,000 DOE                     

OVERVIEW:
• Key leadership role within a respected law firm, working closely with the Head of Operational Performance and Strategy.
• Lead the team to meet operational, financial and performance targets, ensuring all KPIs, audit standards and quality measures are achieved.
• Provide clear strategic direction on personal injury litigation and deliver ethical, pragmatic and expert legal advice.
• Promote a positive, high performance culture and support the development of team members.
• Build strong working relationships across the business and with external partners.

THE CANDIDATE:
• Solicitor with 5+ PQE and a strong background in personal injury litigation.
• Proven experience managing a team of technical specialists in a legal setting.
• Solid understanding of relevant legislation, legal processes and the wider personal injury landscape.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Able to drive team performance, promote best practice and support continuous improvement across the department.
