Residential Development (Land Acquisition) Solicitor - 4+ years’ PQE – Birmingham - Are you a commercial property solicitor with a passion for land acquisition and residential development? A leading UK practice is looking for a Solicitor to join their high-performing development team. This is a rare opportunity to work on large-scale, complex residential projects across the country, collaborating with top-tier housebuilders and institutional landowners. You will be involved in:
  • Strategic land acquisitions and disposals
  • Development agreements, collaboration structures, and funding arrangements
  • Urban regeneration projects
 
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Strong post-qualification experience in commercial property or development law
  • Experience with residential development clients is a bonus, but not essential
  • A commercial mindset, attention to detail, and the drive to take ownership of complex matters
