RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER/FEE EARNER/LEGAL EXECUTIVE:
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring that all regulatory and compliance standards are consistently met. You must have good drafting skills across a wide range of legal documents, placing particular importance on accuracy and attention to detail, good listening and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken form and ability to communicate technical and complex subjects. Passion for client care and service, motivated and organised. Be able to deal with work proactively and to work on own initiative, plus problem solving abilities. Team working skills are essential. Good time management and ability to meet deadlines. Self-motivated and genuinely interested in career progression within the firm. 23 days holiday plus UK bank holiday; plus ex gratia days (birthday and Christmas), pension scheme (after probation period met), parking provided, sick pay, discount on some legal fees (subject to qualifying conditions being met).
