JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5+ years PQE
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: Competitive (DOE)

OVERVIEW:
Due to a sustained increase in workload, our client is seeking to expand their legal team with the appointment of an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-regarded firm and manage a varied and stimulating caseload of real estate matters.

You will handle a broad spectrum of commercial property work including:
• Sales and purchases of commercial property
• Remortgages and refinancing arrangements
• Commercial leases and lease renewals
• Property development and investment transactions

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality advice to a diverse client base and will be encouraged to engage directly in client relationships.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Minimum 5 years’ PQE in commercial property law
• Proven experience managing your own caseload gained in real estate
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
• A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
• Looking to focus on fee earning and maintain direct client contact
