Employment Solicitor, 2-6 Years PQE, Manchester, £Competitive (DOE) – A new role for an experienced Employment Solicitor looking to join a highly regarded team in Manchester. JOB REF:1051.

• This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and highly regarded team, with exposure to excellent quality work and direct responsibility for clients from day one.
• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with between 2-6 Years PQE looking for a new challenge in their career.
• You will advise employers, HR professionals, senior employees, and executives on a full spectrum of employment matters.
• Handle contentious and non-contentious issues including discrimination, whistleblowing, disciplinaries, grievances, dismissals, redundancy, TUPE, maternity/paternity rights, and tribunal claims.
• You will have your own caseload to manage as well as being part of client teams to work on major projects.
• You will also be encouraged to actively contribute to the employment team’s business development work and marketing initiatives.
