Residential Property Paralegal / Legal Executive, 2+ Years Experience, Nottinghamshire, £Competitive (DOE) – As a key member of this conveyancing team, you will play an integral role in supporting fee earners and managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions. This office-based position offers the chance to develop your career within a respected and collaborative legal practice. JOB REF: 0819

THE ROLE:
• Preparing and issuing sale contract packs
• Handling exchange of contracts and associated documentation
• Preparing and submitting SDLT returns
• Dealing with Land Registry applications and post-completion matters
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other third parties
• Supporting the wider team with administrative and legal tasks as required

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential
• Strong knowledge of the full conveyancing process
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly motivated with a proactive and professional approach
