• Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE to join its growing clinical negligence department.

• The successful candidate will handle a variety of clinical negligence matters, providing expert advice to a diverse client base and managing complex cases from inception to resolution

• This role is ideal for candidates with experience in managing clinical negligence matters, as you will be responsible for overseeing your own caseload independently, meeting fee-earning targets and deadlines, and handling your own administrative tasks with minimal supervision.

• Although not essential, experience with personal injury claims is highly desirable. Candidates should also be up to date with current case law and any proposed changes to fixed costs and the pre-action protocol for cases under £25k.

• You should be confident and capable, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills to foster strong relationships with clients, key contacts, and colleagues, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client care
