Residential Conveyancer – Locum, 1 – 4 years’ experience, Hampshire, competitive salary. A well established firm is looking for an experienced conveyancer to join their team on a temporary contract, commencing in September and running through to January or February. OVERVIEW:
•The appointed conveyancer will handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions
•The caseload will include sales and purchases to re-mortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity.
•You will handle everything from title checks and contract drafting to the full suite of conveyancing documentation
•Other responsibilities include providing clear legal advice to clients, working closely with agents and solicitors to ensure a seamless process
•The firm is seeking candidates with 1 -4 years’ experience handling residential property matters
•You will advise clients through restructuring strategies and insolvency proceedings, delivering tailored solutions that address their specific needs
•The successful candidate will be available from September through to January/ February to cover a busy period
